Collections are top-level containers for your project work. Each collection groups your Vault items (references), Notes (quick ideas), Docs (structured thinking), Todos, and a chronological Timeline.

Yes. We prioritize your privacy with end-to-end encryption for your personal collections. Your data is yours, and we never sell it or use it for AI training without your explicit permission.

Absolutely. You can invite collaborators to your collections as Editors or Viewers. It's designed to support small teams of 1–5 people per project naturally, providing a shared project memory.

The Vault is your knowledge base. You can store links, images, articles, and product screenshots. You can also attach thoughts directly to each item, making it a thinking companion rather than just storage.

Yes, we're building CalmDex with a local-first approach. You'll be able to capture ideas and access your collections even without an internet connection, and they'll sync once you're back online.

We believe in data portability. You can export your docs and collections in Markdown and JSON formats at any time, ensuring you're never locked into our platform.

CalmDex is currently in Beta. During this period, all features and usage are completely free and unlimited. We plan to introduce a subscription model later as we move out of Beta, but early adopters will always be our priority.
